    SVP show observation

Listening to the SVP show on ESPN, Ryan Russillo (in Baton Rouge) just said he is sensing an uneasy feeling among LSU fans about tomorrow's game. I'm not sensing this on Tigerfan, but how are the majority of LSU fans down there in the bayou feeling about this Florida game?

    Look at this board, uneasy?

They are on the radio, they want people to listen tomorrow.

I think it just goes down to the history of these two teams. Florida has always been in the past a very tough game. Pavlov Conditioning of sorts.

I don't think we need to underestimate the strength of FL defense. They may have lost the ability to score ..if they even ever had that against our Defense ...but their their Defense is no slouch. We don't have a Trent Richardson at RB. It'll really come down to how well JLee plays, and if Ware Inc. are playing at the top of their game.

I think what you are hearing is an uneasy feeling that the "uneasy feeling" of last years offense may be back. Kinda goes back to the ad nauseum JJ/JL threads. Did CLM pull the trigger to early??? Would have JL played better last week without the suspicion of looking over his shoulder?? Is CLM's ultimate goal to get JJ back in as starter??

You start throwing all those ???????????? into the discussion, and you will be left with an uneasy feeling.

But I don't think anyone feels uneasy about us beating FL! :geaux:

Having been at LSU during the Stovall years, I hate to admit that I'm "trained" to be uneasy about playing an opponent that is normally a challenge. Despite the bad performance against Bama and the loss of Brantley, I still have a slight uneasy feeling.

I just hope they don't 'boo' again. Besides being uncalled for there are what? 4 or more recruits that are going to be there.

I do not feel uneasy, but I am concerned about players taking FL less seriously because of their QB situation. This FL team is still very talented on both sides of the ball. They are going to play us hard I am certain.

That said, I am confident if we play up to our talent level we will wear them down just like the previous games.

i agree. it is not going to look good to recruits.

i dont think this is gonna be the cake walk some do. like others, there are some sec teams i never EVER take lightly, no matter what their circumstances. florida is one of those teams. i have a built in sense of "always a tough battle" about some teams that, like scottforjc, comes from my conditioning. mine in the 80's and 90's.
