I was just thinking about playing in the Superdome and Joe Brady coming over from the Saints. I know all playing surfaces are a little different. Is it possible that Brady knows things about the Superdome playing surface that could give LSU an advantage? For instance, the best cleat length for each position, or advice about cutting back on runs. Some of these artificial surfaces seem to be slippery because of those rubber pellets. Of course, even if Brady has info/advice, that doesn't mean Clemson couldn't get the same info. I don't know, it just happened to cross my mind.
I gotta imagine the Saints will be more than happy to share information with LSU if there is a benefit. Maybe we can get them to blast the heat in their locker room
No advantage needed to truck Clemson ... They’ll have several practices to select the best cleats for play but if there are spots where the turf is loose (disbonded), and this can be used to shake a defender, then Brady will get these from his Saints Pals ... Slight Home field edge The pellets are gonna fly when we kick that Clemson ass and teach Dabo to make Citadel remarks and underhanded insults to the SEC. Gotta watch Baylor embarrass GA on that same turf right now Georgia -3 ... SEC home field advantage? I don’t think so ...
