Rubio has to drop out. I think the problem is the establishment may not force him to because they still want him to win even though they know he can't. Kasich has a better chance at the nomination than Rubio.
As long as there are more than two candidates for GOP, Trump gets it... as soon as its a two way race, Trump will lose most states. I smell a contested convention...

But it's not impossible to not win a majority of states on Super Tuesday and still get the nomination.
Missouri is a big state to keep an eye on March 15 regarding Cruz' viability to overtake Trump. It's heavily evangelical and even Huckabee back in 2012 was in a virtual tie with Romney (says a lot). If Cruz cannot beat Trump in Missouri, he simply can't beat Trump period.
