I was good w the no calls on pass interference but they should have given us one since they gave Georgia one. That late hit on Aaron Murray was suspect though
Maybe I'm crazy but I can't help thinking that playing time is invaluable. But nice job on the research!
IF they're ready, then yeah. If they're not, it should be avoided. J.Lee wasn't ready, and it ruined him for two years.
We didn't have a choice with Lee, but what I think should have happened is Lee/Jefferson split time. I think both would have benefited. Whoever is our #2 this year wouldn't be expected to carry anything (unless the unthinkable happens), but when the game is secured, get that guy some playing time.
don't get me wrong I am very happy with Cam. My question is why do we never run a RB middle screan? I can't remember the last time they used it, and 3rd down with the DL rushing as hard as they can and DB playing off so they don't get beat deep that middle is so soft. We saw it work for Bama
I wouldn't worry, each game you are seeing more and more of his offense. This has been a great year to see the transformation of an offense. Enjoy the ride.
Look back at the TCU game and you will see two of Mett's incompletions were aborted middle screens. Apparently we don't disguise them too well.
