Yesterday at his post game PC CLM alluded to a meeting scheduled for today with the staff and perhaps some state officials about a number of topics, one of which may be the future of the Troy game next Saturday. Anyone heard anything about this? I've got reservations in NOLA next weekend and was coming up to BR for some tailgating with TF folks and LSU football. Post hurricane conditions allowing. :geauxtige
It depends how bad this one gets...,and what happens with the next one coming. I wouldn't be surprised to see the game moved to Troy. It would be the biggest tailgate party ever on their campus. Again...,all we can do is sit and watch.
Depending on what happens with this storm and the next I would say it likely that LSU will not have a game at all next week. LSU and Troy have a common open date and for LSU that is the week after the Bama game.
Troy and LSU have the same November bye week, so don't expect the game to be moved to Troy next week, but possibly rescheduled for that November bye.
