I was just reading on Sportsline.com the Studrawa was the Oline coach for Meyer at Bowling Green 01-02 and went with him to Utah for 1 year. The good news is he left and went back to Bowling Green to be the OC and that pissed Meyer off and they didn't speak until Studrawa was named LSU OC. I don't see it happening but is there any chance Meyer talks him into going to OSU as OC?
Will any of us be upset if Stud leaves ? Honestly ? He was not even supposed to be our OC. I am under the impression after the season we will find a replacement for Krags and the only reason Stud became OC was because of Krag's being diagnosed. Wasn't he interim only ? So I never like to bash a guy who is the OC of a 12-0 team. But I don't know if losing Stud will be such a devastating loss. Chief. Yes when that happens I will be nervous.
Guy has done a great job this year. my only question is exactly how much of the play calling is he really resposible for? Is it really him calling plays or is it mostly Kragthorpe from behind the scenes telling him what to call< does anyone really know?
Again, I agree. Think Crowton's O might have had something to do with some of our ol woes the past couple of years???? I say don't change a thing if what we are seeing from our oline is a harbinger of the future.
He's been the best OC we've had in a long time, but I think he's gone. Ohio State fans seem to think he is looking for a HC gig, particularly the Cincinnati job should Butch Jones go elsewhere.
I just heard on buddy's show that lsu leads the sec in scoring now. From last place to first place is nothing to be upset about. We lead the sec in scoring because our defense also scores points. Our special teams scores also. We don't have a problem scoring points. When we finally get a passing game that equals our running game we will be unstoppable. Just think if we threw for around three hundred a game and still ran the ball as well as we do now. If stud gives miles what he wants, and there is harmony between everyone then don't mess with success.
