We should hire Coach O, full time, permanent, no questions. Today.

He is getting a ton out of the same talent that Miles squandered. He stepped up and has excelled.

It should keep the assistants, most of whom are pretty good, from looking/jumping. This is the great elephant in the room. The better we do, with an uncertain future, the less likely we will have anyone left, not that a new coach would want to keep anyone, anyway.

Even if we don't win out, which there is no way we will, he has done great. In just two games. There is no way a first year guy will do better next year than O.

We don't need to get crazy and go for a 5 year deal, something reasonable, and affordable.

To those who have spent anytime whatsoever in positions of leadership, you can appreciate the effect on esprit de corps! It would skyrocket!

    Geaux Tigers!

Coach O is great. A little early to go all in.

If our players take your attitude, we could be in for a fun ride. At least for the rest of the season. GEAUX TIGERS!

Agreed. I like coach O and hope he does well enough to earn the job. Beating Mizzou and Southern Miss does not qualify. They both stink.

Too early for that decision. No question he's a better coach than Les Miles, and while I realize that our offense is still infected with Les's medievalism I would first like to see if Orgeron can embrace and utilize modern offensive football.

I wanted O to take over following the Badger game. We would be SEC undefeated right now..
He will get another gig whether LSU wants him or not. We are in a good spot that we don't have to rush to any permanent hire.

Let's see what he does against Ole Miss and Alabama... if he can win against Piss and at least make a good showing against Bama then I say hire him.

O needs to be beat Piss and the Pigs, and it would be an extra special gift to keep the Faggie streak alive.
