DRC - He might have been confused under Bo, but he was awesome. He lived up to the hype and then some that year.

I would love to see him that confused again this year if you know what I mean...

LesMilesFan - the Texas hitters looked like they were posing for individual pictures when Jones was pitching. They were just frozen in their stance.

I would like to call him "the Predator" because of those dreadlocks:D

HIs pitching was lights out, like Coleman in the last two innings.

i dont think he underachieved in football last year, he made alot of tackles, forced and recovered a few fumbles.

Chad's superhuman interception vs UK in 2007 more than compensates for any other perceived 'underachieving' in his football career at LSU.

I think what you will see is if Chad is not productive on the football field this fall, he will dedicate his time entirely to baseball next season, to get himself prepared for a career.

I hope he has the awesome dilemma of having to choose.

I'll go with the championship season saving sack/fumble of Sara Jessica Parker Wilson.

Jones will be too good to play once a week next season. I expect he'll be back in the outfield.

He can still keep pitching and play a field position or at least DH. I remember that a few college pitchers were great hitters for their team. The Tulane pitcher, his first name is Micah, was a good hitter. He is still pitching in the pros.
