yep wisconsin won. just checked. much closer than i thought. usc was favored but i thought wisconsin would win by double digits.
Funny you should say that. Their message boards are basically a mirror of the threads/posts that you read here.
To be expected. That Is the nights air for the majority of LSU fans. It's one or the other, or both. Christmas would come early with a package deal throwing in the AD. DC for Auburn right now would be the more challenging position whereas DC for LSU is simply the better job. We are a decent DC away from making miles look better. Common core failure, really. Best of luck with Steel. That gump blood shoud do wonders for that barn D. He is the kind of guy that wont break what already works. So there's that.
Reading that Pendergast is expected to return to USC. His reason for leaving the 49ers is a reason he probably wouldn't come to LSU. http://www.dailynews.com/sports/201...-expected-to-become-usc-defensive-coordinator
I posted a link yesterday to one of their boards. They were in complete meltdown. Today many of them are acting like he is Saban's clone. Say we are crushed he's gone. War chickens, they just don't get it. Let's see what he does with a less talented group at AU.
This is the second post in this thread that baffles me; literally. You're aren't informing anyone here of what's going on with their defensive coordinator ... but setting that aside for a second. Rhoads Roof Van Gorder Johnson Muschamp Now, Steele. Are you trying to make light of their third DC in three years when you're looking at number six over the last eight/nine seasons? @bhelmLSU Earlier in the thread you touched on the retirement system and I've seen it referenced a few times in different articles. Even if Auburn guarantees him the three years (haven't seen the contract, only seen the speculation that was his deal) that'll leave him three years short of being vested in the state retirement system. It certainly put him in a better position (assuming, again, he gets another three years at a state job.) As I recall, that's based on the highest paid year over a persons last four in the system. It takes 10 years to be vested ... four in Tuscaloosa, assuming three at Auburn ...
Give me some Bo. Can you imagine him and O running practices together? The thought brings a tear to my eye.
