its not wrong, definitely not when you are losing elections because of it.

It (whatever "it" is) can't be that wrong. The election was won by 1%. Seems to me that neither side is really appealing to any more than the other. Both sides should work on appealing to the masses.

I don't mean wrong as in the perception is wrong.

Wrong as in that's not the representation of Republicans.

the election was won by 3%, you have been saying 1% for a while, now please check the facts before you continue on with this. and the fact of the matter is they still lost by over 3 million votes. So seems to me that one side is appealing enough to win elections and majority in the senate.

says you, but clearly it has a barring on the representation that is negative.
im fine if the republican party refuses to face facts, it would coincide with some of the opinions here.

Dude, split a hair why don't you? Let me ask you this. Do you think the D's are appealing to the vast majority of the voters? I don't. NEITHER side is. My statement was that both sides need to work on appealing to more voters. There are 207 million eligible voters in this country. Using your numbers, which I will accept, O got 62 and R got 59. Doesn't sound to me like either side is getting very many people excited about what they have to say.

    You have no facts.

Sure, you can quote some nutt jobs, but so can I from the Democrat party. Your only justification is that your side won..

A couple of things. First, I think Romney didn't get the memo that vilifying the less privileged is not going to be part of the party platform moving forward. Secondly, Romney needs to realize he cant talk to different people in different ways. It's going to get out. He was once again playing to his audience and it made him sound stupid. Jindal stepping up and denouncing this is a bit of a departure for him too.

    split hairs?
you are using 1% to effuse a point of Obama didnt win by much, but 3 million votes is a lot. Thats misleading to me.
and your other point is pointless really. Hell many people dont vote, so you can say that about any election going back 60 years.
