    For the last time, I dispute the fact that republicans go out of their way to:

    A) Be hostile towards blacks
    B) Form racist policies

    Did I say I wanted to see a GOP guy get that total? No. I said A candidate. Jesus Christ MM. You are more intelligent than this. You are simply being obstinate. My point all along has been that neither camp is getting a large majority excited. Obama won. Obama got 50.6%. Gore/Bush was so close that one got the popular, one got the electoral. Neither overwhelmed the other. Wouldn't it be great if this country could produce a candidate, ANY candidate, that could overwhelm us? Progress is when everyone pushes in the same direction.

    The R side has their stuff they won't compromise on. Same goes for the D's. It sucks.

    You can dispute it all you want. Bury your head in the sand. But when the voters see racism, then racism is a problem for Republicans. Republicans are starting to wake up and realize that their platform is seriously flawed. It has become a party of middle-aged white men.

    Red, I never said the voters didn't see it. I said what other "prominent" republicans have said that it is NOT the face of the Republican platform. A few racist isn't the makeup if the party.
