    She wasn't sober, lol. She admitted that Justice Kennedy had supplied the justices with some Opus One at dinner prior to the speech. From the looks of it, I'd say she got more than everyone else.

    Just read an article where she admits she wasn't sober. How can you blame her? If I had to sit an listen to a guy pretend to be a progressive I may break my alcohol sobriety too.
