Thats funny, you had 2 responses that thought you were being pestimistic.
You've had plenty of that lately unless I totally misread your posts the last few months.
I didn't say they were top programs btw.
What I was trying to point out is that if lesser schools can have decent programs then LSU should be able to have one also.
If the LSU womens program can be good why not the mens.
We know, the all of two football schools mean we should suck forever in basketball, thats my hint, because its too hard otherwise.

I will admit I don't keep up with todays top programs or college basketball the way I once did, I have 2 kids and work, that keeps me busy enough.

    One more point.
I never said that LSU would be a top notch basketball program, it would be nice.
What I have said is that they could be good and more consistant.
It is posters like yourself that said they could never be that.
I did point out if the womens program can do it why not the mens?
I really believe its probably harder to build a womens program at a school than
a mens regardless of the state of the program.

Just because a team does or doesn't make it to the final four doesn't mean anything, its nice if it happens but only four teams make it ever year.
Maybe that is your definition of top and good but not mine!

I love the family traditions in Alabama. It makes for great stories to share.

It's getting dirty right now and I don't like it, at all.

There is a lot of trash on both sides being tossed about.

DE after Yox gets him. He is already bigger than Antonio.

Cool. He has DE size but a smaller frame, which is why I was wondering. He will be great at whatever position he plays.
