They were just having a bad hair day. The new helmets should snap them out of it.

The best player on the defensive line was a dude no one at the beginning of the season thought should even start. It's gonna be another big question mark, especially transitioning to the 30 front.

The 2 deep depth chart came out today.

Things that jumped out to me.

Teuhema isn't listed as a starter, he is behind Toby Wethersby.

DeSean Smith nor Jacory Washington are listed in the 2 deep which means we will continue run a 6th offensive lineman instead of utilizing the talent we have at that position. Stupid. Smith has to be one of the biggest wastes of talent I've ever seen.

Duke Riley is a starter, god help us. The line has Neal, Gilmore, and Godchaux as your starters, Clark, Valentine, and Herron respective back ups for those 3.

At safety for some reason we still can't find anyone better than Rickey Jefferson which is also a worry.

i hate the idea that the season doesn't count till november. the gumps scare the hell out of me but i think i'm more concerned about the hogs.. what the hell happens if beckwith gets hurt, or godchaux or if les gives 'em all a big eff u every 3rd down by running off tackle

I agree, we can be all excited thinking we are great until Oct 22, then the world can come crashing down again.

I refuse to be blinded with P&G glasses anymore. I see some real issues with this team but I also see some next level first round talent as well.

Love hurts and I can't help but be excited about how great LSU might be this year, but quite frankly, I refuse to even think about Oct 22 at least for this week, I'd love to keep the dream going a week at a time and for now, just hope that we make it through September 3rd!

I've heard more than 1 talking head say that the gumps and the Tigers make it to the playoffs. Personally I'd rather "them" not be there but...

If it does happen which scenario do you prefer? Win the 1st then have to beat them again? We tried this once

Or lose the 1st and flip the script?
