Does anyone have a link that shows the current team stats after week 2? Talking about offense rank, passing rank, rushing rank, defense rank, passing defense rank, rushing defense rank, etc... I've heard LSU is #76 on offense so far. 352 yds/game ---------------------#28 rushing. ---------------------#107 passing. On defense, #33 285.50 YPG ----------------#4 44.50 YPG Rush defense. ----------------#85 241.00 YPG Pass defense. ----------------#24 13.50 PPG Scoring defense ----------------#2 5.00 Per Game Sacks. I got these from another poster at another site, but he didn't have a link. Obviously the passing defense will improve, considering almost 200 yds in two plays against UNC that shouldn't happen again. We should be averaging about 150 yds game passing defense right now. #76 offense is improvement over last season, but I expect LSU will be in the top 60 by year's end. Hopefully the defense will remain as stingy as it has been. Another thing I saw, 21 tackles for loss so far in two games. Huge.
Here's a link to the SEC stats. FOOTBALL Links on right side of page. lsutiga has a link to the NCAA stats page on his Useful Links thread.
Try this: Google But seriously, can you get the stats/rankings for the first two games last year for comparison?
Can't you bastids take a hint? I'm trying to get someone else to do the dirty work for me. I know it's Sunday in your world, but I have work to do. This working during football season is gonna get my arse fired. Thanks for the links...:thumb:
Why do you feel the need to say that in this thread? Just looking for some stats, dude. I have no agenda. I'm EXCITED about LSU being an aggressive defense and strong running team.
 I think it's also huge that we had 21 total sacks last year and we already have 10. The 2007 NC team had only 27, I think. The '03 defense, which I think this one compares to, had 44. We're on pace already, averaging 5 a game, to have somewhere close to that. :geauxtige
