He will out of there within a week, and rightfully so. This will not end well. I predict the kid who raped will take his own life in due time, sooner than later. The outrage is something the likes we have never seen regarding rape. http://www.npr.org/2016/06/11/48165...rd-sexual-assault-case-could-impact-future-ca
I think it will be more than a week and I'm not convinced it will happen at all. There are so many angles to this story. Stanford has a problem. A really big one. "Stanford University reported a sexual assault every two weeks in the three years leading up to Brock Turner’s rape of an unconscious woman in 2015. The elite college reported 26 rapes on campus in 2012, 2013, and 2014, according to data from the U.S. Department of Education, or about one sexual assault every 14 days." They out-performed Baylor and it wasn't even close. This asshole rapist was the last straw in their unwillingness to deal with the problem. The judge in the case used to work for the DA. He was a criminal prosecutor for the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted sex crimes and hate crimes, focusing on the prosecution of sexually violent predators, working to keep the most dangerous sex offenders in custody in mental hospitals. He also served as an Executive Committee Member of the Support Network for Battered Women. So why this sentence? He claims it was because the offender will have to be on the sex offender register for life, his young age, and because he had no priors. But guess what prior Justice Persky has? He's a Stanford undergrad alum. He got his law degree from Bezerkeley where he was.....wait for it.....an assistant coach for the men's lacrosse team. This was a typical athlete privilege outcome and this time it happened at private, perfect.....Stanford. The rapist told the court that he was unfamiliar with drugs and alcohol, so this was a one-time situation. But his cell phone text records indicate the opposite. Dozens of texts about drinking, smoking dope, dropping acid, etc all the way back to high school. I know lots of men who might do those things and yet, rape would never follow. The perpetrator's father said the punishment is a steep price to pay for "20 minutes of action". His mom said, "I beg of you, please don’t send him to jail/prison. Look at him. He won’t survive it. He will be damaged forever and I fear he would be a major target. Stanford boy, college kid, college athlete -- all the publicity...This would be a death sentence for him." Yeah, well enjoy prison you sick fuck. For anyone interested, here's the letter the victim read to the court. https://www.sccgov.org/sites/da/newsroom/newsreleases/Documents/B-Turner VIS.pdf
Hopefully the swimmer will get to have the same experience his victim did when he's in prison. I doubt he'll be passed out drunk though. Justice will out.
Definitely an effed up situation. People doing life for drug offenses and this white prick gets 6 months/3 months for violating a woman. If he would have slapped a tranny he'd be doing more time.
I dunno about pine needles, but they did Not have sex and that wasn't even charged. He was guilty/comvicted of 3 things. 1. Intent to rape 2. Shoving things in a drunk person 2. Shoving things in a passed out person No sex was involved.
Victim statement....."I don't know you but you've been inside me." He was seen laying on top of her. He didn't deny penetration but claimed that she gave consent and was not unconscious. Without a semen sample, rape isn't provable particularly because she had also been violated by other means. Basically, he didn't consummate the act by ejaculating. If fingering her "a bit" which led to internal damage and then shoving pine needles inside her is no big deal for you, then what else is there to say?
I am not making any claims about the degree of horrible fingerblasting is , I am merely correcting you. No sex was had, nor accused. The victim statement is referencing his fingerblasting her. If you consider fingering rape, fine. No P2V sex was had.
