Can someone please explain excatly what standing room only means for the regional? That is all my daughter was able to buy this morning. I am not trying to be a smart butt or anything, I just need to know what this means.

I am planning on bringing my grandbaby to his first  game, so I need to know what this means. Are you allowed to bring a stroller or umbrella or chairs or anything like that. Or am I gonna be around so many people that I won't be able to see?

Any help that you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

generally the rule for SRO tix was that you could sit in any seat (except where game marshalls required a ticket to get into the section behind home) until someone with a ticket for that seat showed up. There is lots of room behind home on the concourse in the shade, however, other areas for SRO are scarce. I don't think they would let you bring in a collapsable chair. Strollers I don't know about and umbrellas I think are ok as long as you don't open it and block others view.

It means you can sit anywhere except under the grand stand unless a ticketed patron shows up to claim your seat. You can count on several hundred no shows for Friday and Saturday games. It will be harder to find a seat on championship Sunday.

You can also stand on the upper level of the grandstand concourse. Many fans stand back there during the season to get a better view. It is in the shade, and will likely be pretty well packed. There is room to stand all around the stadium.

Umbrellas pretty much limited to the top rows in the bleachers. Not sure that they allow strollers in the gates. Fri will be a tough game for a grownup, much less a small person to handle. Alex Box is a Hot Box come Regionals.

Thanks to everyone for the help, I just wanna be able to find a seat for Brody to sit. I know it is gonna be hot today, but I have sunscreen for Brody. He really loves to watch ball games, so I think if we can find a seat somewheres he will be ok. If not, I will just find some shade.

I am just excited to bring him to his first  game. That will always be something that we can share together. And I really hope that we can celebrate that with a win.

If you stand up in the concourse, you should have a good view and you will be in the shade all day long.

We had SRO tickets to the Tenn game before the Spring Game and we stood up under the grand stands until the 2nd or 3rd inning and then found an entire row of bleacher seats just to the right of the grandstand.

There is a railing underneath the grand stands and if you get there early enough you can sit on that..thats what we did
