Football Spring Practice Begins March 12; Game April 18

2008 LSU Football Spring Practice Dates
Week 1 – March 12, 13, 14
Week 2 – March 17, 19, 21
Week 3 – March 24, 26, 28
Week 4 – March 31, April 1, 2
Week 5 – April 14, 16, 18--> Spring game

Other sporting events scheduled for April 18 on the LSU campus include a baseball game against Tennessee at the new Alex Box Stadium at 3 p.m.; softball hosting Florida in a doubleheader at the new Tiger Park starting at 1 p.m.; men’s tennis hosting Arkansas at Robinson Tennis Stadium at 1 p.m. and the track and field team playing host all day to the LSU Alumni Gold Relays at Bernie Moore Stadium.

 

Wish they would make the spring game more like a real game and promote it more.

It'll still be boring, but I bet we could get the attendance up a good bit.

 

It would definitely help recruiting.

 

Just don't play the game at noon. That's all I ask.

 

I think some of the early enrollees will spark some interest.

My son usually has a baseball tournament the day of he spring game. If not, we are gonna be there.
