If college football is I10, the max posted is 75, the min posted is 50, how fast is Les driving in the fast lane? I'm gonna say about 65, he may even have his left blinker on and slowing down. The pumpers are saying move to the slow lane, the minions are saying speed up. FracKing Alexander is the parish police force who have set up a speed trap to get some green. Do you know how fast you were going, sir? And i10 is a nice freeway, but is a cluster go through BR traffic, the latter being LA politicians in this terrible dream that woke me up at 3AM.

Top threads are pretty negative, need to pool our optimism and come up with some positives.

Guice should definitely be here next year. That's a positive.
I'll offer a possibility as well... perhaps we see something different next season, maybe even in the bowl game. Maybe all this will push Miles into unleashing the offense. After all, he must know that if it SUCKS again next season, we'll be right back here again this time next year. Pretty sure someone already brought that up in another thread though.

Seriously change to the triple option with Harris at QB, Fournette, Williams, and Guice. That would be sick. It's not like we can throw anyway

Good plan but brace yourself for blowback. I got attacked yesterday for saying I hoped things got better with a new O coordinator.

Don't know why anyone would attack you, they might point out that many have hoped for that for years now but I don't see that as an attack

Les wouldn't be able to pass inspection, so he isn't even able to get on the road.

People are still hurt, I hope it does too, but it's unlikely.

It's hard to find the positive these days.

There just isn't much reason for hope and optimism over a change at OC IF it even happens which I doubt. I think an overwhelming majority were on the side of if Miles would just evolve and make some changes things would improve, even though he has shown no sign of doing either in 11 years. I was one of those even though I was highly critical of his offense and QB development. The way the last third of the season went I along with tons of others have lost hope that Miles will evolve his offense, it's as simple as that. Absolutely NOTHING in his past points to his willingness to change or even acknowledge that there is a problem. IMO the only thing that can change the negative outlook is for him to show up with an offense that looks vastly different and tremendously improved to start next season. Anything short of that and a large number of LSU fans will be anxiously awaiting his replacement.
