@Perple if accurate that was before USMCA so is not germane to my comment. While I have real issues with the UAW they’re not the reason here. They could have moved the factory to a non union state and still have the same result.
Read the article. It pointed out that raising wages to $16/hr was less expensive than moving the factories. Economics will trump politics
