Without getting into corruption, no other force on the planet has done more to curb poverty than capitalism. So if any of you think taxing us into oblivion with solve anything, check history. Growth is the only way to bring those out of poverty.
History would tell you that higher taxes is good for country. But to each his own. I don't care really I do mine you do yours.
So, @LaSalleAve if there were no prison sentences for not paying your taxes would you pay? Lets say the maximum penalty was a $1000 fine. Would you pay the full amount or would you just shell out the grand the judge fined you every year?
then why is every race from every corner of the planet doing everything they can just to get just an opportunity to begin a life here. because capitalism, even as it stands now, is the only proven system especially when compared to every other socialist and communist shit-hole. you just have too many fat lazy fucking americans who do nothing and want something for nothing to appreciate anything. especially the freedom to work and build their own life. that freedom is a god given right written in our declaration of independence. that and our constitution is what makes us different and has given us unprecedented success. even for black people.
Exactly and while I love @LaSalleAve he just doesn't get it. Greyson and I were playing golf Friday and we were behind a group of 5 asians, they played slow as hell and didn't repair a single ball mark. Point is he said "there are always a lot of asians on the course" I told him "it's because they are all rich" and it's true.
So you're telling me that in the late 40's and 50's when there actually was a middle class taxes were low? No they weren't.
