    Glad to see he is making progress. It is amazing he is going to play in the first game.

    I really hate to say this (especially after watching that video), but I know DeAndre (not well, but I know him) and I would say that this injury will probably help him in the long run. He needed to be grounded. Maybe this will humble him and I hope it does and that he goes on to have a great career at Southern and in the NFL.

    Really hope he recovers and doesn't lose anything I really liked him as a player

    In the grand scheme of things, a broken leg is easier to recover from than an ACL/meniscus tear. Granted, there are exceptions, like Prothro's, but generally, this is the case.

    I speak from personal experience.

    There were rumors last week that he had a set back due to a basketball game. However, an update on College Football Live this past week said his rehab was going fine and he should be ready for the season. At least Im pretty sure thats what they said.
