Sore subject time: Nick Saban

This is mostly in reference to that other place, not you guys, but I finally got tired of all the ignorant Saban references on LSU message boards. Let it go already. wp.me/p17NfC-on

 

Saban made a name for himself here and made himself a legend at Bama. He's already admitted in past interviews that he made a mistake leaving LSU for the pros and in a way I think he wishes he was still here even with all his success in Bama. I hold no I'll will toward the man he's a hell of a coach

 

Well this will root @TigerTap out for sure.

 

I already didn't like Alabama, so it's hard to say how much my initial reaction was to dislike him or to dislike Alabama. I was annoyed for years, but Miles has really grown on me, despite some of these disappointments. I can't imagine not having had the Les Miles experience.

Saban is not the kind of person I would want to befriend, but he's a good coach and he's been pretty respectful toward LSU. It's not like he's Spurrier talking shit about Tennessee when he was at Florida or Clemson now. That would really annoy me.

 

You think so? Might just be why he's the highest paid.

 

He loses as many underclassmen as Les does, but yet always in the NC picture. Comes to La and gets the recruits he wants and then delivers us another loss... As much as I don't like him, he'll be the best college coach of my lifetime.

 

Fuck Nick Saban- the horse he rode in on- and the whole fuckin' calvary.
