Pretty cool of CLM. However, at $4M/year, he makes $456.62 every hour of every day. So, when he slept last night from 2am to 4am, he covered his grand!
Though a thousand to those guys is not much, there are a billion good causes and a billion thousands would put a dent in their income. A great gesture and one they did not have to do. I wonder if the third flinched when he was told that x and me are going in, wanna do it too? I doubt it. Good job!
Anyone hear any follow-up on this? Advocate said attendance was about 3,200. Wondering how many freebies got used, or if they had to pony up for extras.
