You have it totally backwards. Not only did LSU beat up Alabama physically last week, but Les Miles and the coaching staff hand-delivered a blueprint for beating 2012 Bama. And A & M still tried their best to do what they do best--snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. What we did last week at the end of the game has been A & M's MO.
We lost the game on a blitz, but the first 3 calls of that defense were soft, then we overcommitted because we panicked. We still played a prevent D
Had we not screwed the pooch on two calls we win by 3. We realistically should be undefeated right now.
This. We exposed Bama last week and A&M took full advantage. Bama's secondary is soft as a baby's bottom and all of college football knows that now.

The whole Bama drive that cost us the game was SOFT! Which led to your "BLITZ"! They should not have gotten down the field like that in just seconds....unless of course your playing on soft defensive plays. alot of bama losing has to do with the lsu/bama game the week before......it's VERY VERY hard to come back and play a very good game after such a physical and emotional game the week before, there is no doubt that was part of it, a&m had a 20 point lead on bama quick, and barely hung on, bama's defense struggled with a&m's defense more than lsu did, alot more, that was a little surprising to me.
Just go ahead and realize that Bama has been exposed the past two weeks. We were able to adjust and shut down Johnny Football. Bama really didn't do that.
