I gotta believe DC Jefferson won't be the only switch to LSU.

    More to come.

looks like Despite their verbal commitments to Miami, Sean Spence and Marcus Forston have scheduled an official visit with North Carolina. Ole Butch Davis still has that Miami appeal...I think it's down to those two schools.

they are only "soft" verbals because they are taking trips. That crew from Northwestern is about as committed to Miami as you can get.

They will all wind up in Coral Gables.

According to Sonny at TigerRag we don't have a real good shot at any of the Miami commits, but we brought them in for officials so that they go back & tell the sophmores & jr's at their school about the experience here & gives us some in-roads for recruiting the next couple years.

PS: jgordey, if you would like rivals/scout info, you'll need to subscribe. Some tidbits make their way here, but you can't just ask for the info from every article.

We only have 5 or 6 slots left. With the guys we expect to commit, the time is late for the Miami guys to try and jump on. If they are not as good as the guys we want, they may not have a slot. I think it gets pretty dicey for the recruits waiting till the end, if they are not 5*. They can get a scholly, but maybe not at their first choice school. I think the guys that commit sooner are smarter, except for the 5*. They know somebody will hold a slot for them.
