Maybe its the fact that its 0030 and I have been shampooing carpet and playing ****ing musical furniture but looking at ebay has given me a HUGE case of red ass! How in the **** do these ticket broker places get so many damn tickets. There are alot of TAF memebers that cant get tickets because they dont have enough "points" but yet these ticket brokers have SH!TLOADS of tickets. They got one on ebay $758 for TULANE for 2 tickets in some 300 section WTF. Tulane Where they hell are they getting these tickets? For season ticket holders that dont want to go to the game..from the university itself where??? I'm not even a TAF person so its not like I even have a shot at getting season tickets but if I was a TAF person and I couldnt get tickets yet these broker *******s seem to get as many as they want I would be ****ing pissed off. It is Timmy Tebow retarded stupid what appears to be going on. Does anyone know where these tickets come from??? I would love to know if they come directly from the university and the broker companies give them a nice kickback because they can scalp the tickets for whatever the market will support instead of selling them out right to the hard working fans that WANT and desever to be sitting in those seats! **** It i'm going to bed!
I feel you. I live in Ruston and have only been to Tiger Stadium 1 time- 2007 vs Arky. I was online a few nights ago looking for some tickets. I'm trying to get down there for the Auburn game and hope to take my wife and 9 year old step-son. I WAS TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY AT THE PRICES AND THE AMOUNT OF TICEKTS ADVERTISED. WOW!!! i dont know how they get em, but they sure as hell do and the prices are obscene. about the only decent way of getting season tickets now (if you dont have the points to get em on your own) is to personally know someone who wants to sell for a decent price and not to say "bend over".
The crazy thing is people actually buy the things for that price. I never buy tickets from anywhere but right outside the stadium holding up fingers. And I never have paid more than the face value either. I have never went to the stadium and not been able to get a ticket. Not one time.
When I was single that worked just fine but trying to find 3 to 4 tickets for the whole family outside the stadium is damn near impossible. I would really like to know where they get them from. Out of all the "questions" I asked of the brokers not 1 has offered up how they come about their tickets
Same here and you can get tickets to any game you want to go to by doing this. That's how I was able to go to the Alabama game last year.
