    And no, I'm not talking about the women's team :dis:

    Butch has these boys playing good, organized basketball... we're actually running offensive sets :eek:

    We need to win the whole darn thing to get into the ncaa's but a good showing could get us into the NIT and with a good showing there, get us a pre season ranking next season :cool:

    1. stop hating on the women.
    2. they won't be preseason ranked next year, regardless of what they do this year imo. sub .500 teams typically don't get ranked the following year, regardless of how much talent they have coming back, although I do think they will be the best in the SEC next year.
    3. Getting to NIT is a long-shot. They need to be +.500 and for that to happen, they need to win today and win 3 in the SEC Tourny.

    I'm not hating on our women, I'm hating on female athletes in general because I'm an idiot sexist with no grasp on reality. I love our women, I've been to 7 games this season :)

    well I give you a pass on the WBB, b/c at least you go to the games, unlike most others here.

    and they're 3 below now...

    a win makes them 2 below.

    Three SEC wins makes them 1 above, but then the following loss brings them back even. :)

    that's why they need three wins. :)

    Ok - we win the SEC tourney and go to the dance as a 12 seed. Hit a couple of upsets and get to the Sweet 16 as a TRUE Cinderella team. Is it really such a stretch? Remember WVU v. Pittsburgh? How many thought that would end the way it did. NEVER give up!!! :geaux:
