Sadly, I have already gone on a spending spree. (Already have the SEC Champ stuff) I hate SI but of course I need to sign up for a year so I can get their stupid stuff. Its a right of passage Posters - Done, Bought all of Times Picayune and Advocates. Total 100 bucks. I cannot wait to replace the ones I have, I will keep one from 2003. The purging of Nick Saban will be complete ;-) Shirts - Got to get at least two for me, Wife of course she still wears the 03 one frequently. For those of us who are married we realize its not Victoria Secret at night. Its T-Shirt and Sweats. Might as well have something to look at. So check two shirts for wife. Kid (2 year old) will be very costly, already ordered her some stuff but she grows out of things. I am already on my 4 Cheerleading outfit. Not like being back home in BR where i can go to one of those consignment stores. DVDs - Appears to be at least 3 coming out I want. So I suspect I will be spending SI subscription - 90 Bucks Posters - 119 bucks for everyone they sell (plus Shipping) T-Shirts, Hats - 200 bucks or so DVDs - 80 bucks So I am at 480 bucks and counting. Wait until the little trinkets, toys, golf stuff etc come out. I suspect my investment overall will be well over 1000 bucks. Oh need a new flag for the house.. 30 bucks... TAF letter is here as well... Its great to be an LSU Tiger, and expensive !
OK, I'm an idiot. Where do you order the front page posters?? I am trying to restrain myself from buying too much over the internet, if I start doing that I might go crazy. :insane: :lol: Hopefully I can get over to see the folks in Shreveport pretty soon, I think there are a couple of good stores over there now.

I'm going to have to get Option 4, with the front pages from '03 & '07, $30 plus getting it framed - another $70 (at least). Other than that, maybe just a t-shirt.
Posters: About $100, plus probably $200 to frame the best one.. T-shirts etc: Already spent $120 at tyger gifts. Flag: Need new flag for the house - figure 30 dollars once they come out. Team autographed helmet and ball: $750 +/- on ebay DVD's - $80 Grand total - at least $1k, but when you think of how much sheer enjoyment we get out of LSU football, even with season tickets, TAF costs, etc - this expense is minimal at best!
i have the advocate handout from the 03 sugar that a friend that went to the game got me. i want to get the front page of either the advocate or times pic to go with it. i just cant decide which. i like the times pic better, but to have the two advocate ones flanking my tiger stadium pic in my office would be nice. decisions decisions. sadly, i never got my 03 handout framed. i will do that when i get whatever for this year and frame them the same. maybe i should wait and see if my physical therapist brought me one. she said she would bring me a souvenier from the game. i have pt tomorrow. first time in a while i have been anxious for that appointment!!
The Academy in West Monroe had a special sale Monday night for LSU championship gear. This pic was at 11:15 pm and it only shows about half of the line.
