When, before, among many other things, the previous head of our government uses Congress-mandated soldier program funds on a pet wall instead, stops EPA and IRS enforcement policies instituted by Congress, releases his fellow crooks from prison, negates the convictions of still other fellow crooks before they're even locked into prison, uses our military to clear peaceful legal protestors from Lafayette Square, upon losing an election decides that he will not relinquish power voluntarily, incites a storming of our Capitol, threatens the life of his own vice president, and on and on.... and those were NOT dictatorial moves.
