LSU has presumably five-six games left if they want to win it all. who do you start which game? will it be Martin in Game 1 against the Heels? If so, then who goes in game 1 vs. Fresno? Austin Ross? Bradshaw? Ryan Bird? Nolan Cain? It will be interesting to see what Mainieri would decide to do. When will Verdugo be ready again?
Verdugo should be ready if we get to play Fresno. He last pitched on Sunday. If he goes again on Saturday, that's 5 days rest. It should be plenty. If we get past the UNC game, the pitching rotation just starts over, IMO.
