I've pointed it out in several posts. What don't you understand?

China didn't seem to need the G-8.

Remember that NATO does not include Ukraine and Crimea. We have already taken steps to insure that NATO nations are secure. More are coming. This may change the thinking on downsizing our heavy brigades, which is something Russia did not intend and will regret because they can't keep up with us in an arms race. We can see now that the threat of traditional armies in Europe has not gone very far away. Thanks to Putin.

These two statements are contradictory. What do you really want to happen?.

Doesn't change the fact NATO is always 10 steps behind any conflict.

I have already said we have no business doing anything. I'd rather save the money and let other countries lead....

What you are confused on is that, if we are to take the lead, I would rather a more proactive approach to the world, not just Russia. I am tired of being the world police and getting nothing in return. All the resources we push overseas is wasteful and could be better spent on our Nations children, infrastructure, etc.

China can't get in and they would love to be in. The G-7 has always been composed of Democratic free-market economy nations. There is no place for authoritarian regimes like China with socialist economies. After the Russian revolution and embracing of democracy and free-market trade, Russia was admitted, in part to encourage future good behavior. But with Putin openly advocating a return to the Soviet way of doing things, they can't be acceptable any more.

You know how I know you already lost?

Taken from the Red book, personal insults are a key indicator you "got nothing".

Like I said, China is not struggling.... I do not really care what reasons they are not in. It does not change the fact they are doing just fine.
