Too cold is not good, it kills the flavor. An easy way to tell if you are drinking good beer is what an experienced bartender will serve it to you in. If you order a draft beer and they reach into the cooler and pull out a frosty mug it's probably a cheap domestic. If they serve it in a room temp mug you've probably got yourself a winner.
I hear in Brazil they design the beer with more water so it can be served colder or it retains a cold temperature longer. I like a nice cold pop though I can see the merits of a warmer brew.
See...that's the thing. I'm not that discriminating of a beer drinker. I freely admit that I drink cheap domestic beers...and I like them in a frosted mug, dammit.
Of course, I have a section of the beer fridge cordoned off for that stuff. The I just mowed the yard on a hot summer day need a beer type stuff. The rest of the space is for the good stuff
