There is a huge buyout, but I can tell you UM will pay it no problem.
I assure you of that. They have some VERY wealthy alumni and will have no problems getting that

Money wont be a factor as they wont make another mistake. If RichRod gets canned you can bet UM will go after Miles, Meyer, Saban any coach without strong southern ties, (IE from the north) you name it. I really think it will be swinging for the fences.

Here is another question, if Fatboy Weis does not get to a BCS game this year, will they fire him and go after Meyer? Or do they go after John Gruden? Would be a perfect time for CUM to leave, his only begotten son is leaving also.

I'm pretty sure that's the only school without a buyout. At least, it used to be.

You can bet ND will make a run at Meyer that is all but a given.
Of course UF continues to pour money into his account to stave off the attempt.
But there is a 100% chance if Wies is canned their first call will be to Urban's agent saying "how much"

but has public opinion of CLM outside of LSU and its fans improved much? serious question. just about everyone i talk to from opposing schools has a few jokes to crack about Les. i love the guy. he wears his feelings on his sleeve and he'll let you know about it. he's cocky in the most gentlemanly way possible. maybe he's not the best linguist, but he's a damn strong football coach -- not a lecturer. i like that miles doesn't necessarily embrace the media and all its ass-kissing. he tells it like it is. :miles:

I think its the opposite now, I think that is the only school with a huge buyout when he got his huge raise after the NC..... I think so.
    I am not 100% sure

Michigan alum are starting to look worse that bama's & Aubrun's. They will go to any length to get what they want. When RR gets run out of town it might not be that easy to get the next coach, especially one in a winning program.

Les Miles has been the best representative of LSU since Skip also. He loves LSU, he was at the CWS, he has been a great Tiger, and i am proud to call him our head coach. But i don't think he will stay forever.

Not among Alabama fans I know, that's for sure. It seems to be most prevalent with them. They all say he's a moron and a terrible coach. I tell them that if that's what it takes to bring home crystal footballs, I'll take it.

    Ah, didn't know that.
