Just TN and MooU the next two weeks. Should be no problem for them BUT those can be pretty physical teams. We can hope for the best!

psst, no matter how hard you pull for Oregon or Stanford it wont affect the outcome.

I think the best game would be a rematch proving to everyone that the SEC fields the very best football teams.

Even better if we win convincingly by breaking the "defense fest" in the 4th Quarter with a couple of TDs.

If Arky beats us, we will fall below Arky. The toss up will be between Arky and Bama.

I just don't see the pollsters giving us the benefit of the doubt like they did Bama, dropping them only 2 spots for a loss at home.

Provided that both Okie and Stanford lose, I would venture to say that the poll would look something like ....

    Bama or OU
    OU or Bama
    Oregon
    Arky
    Boisy
    LSU
    Okie State
    Stanford

Wins late in the season by OU and Oregon would move them up, plus OR would have the Pac 12 championship game. And, I would think Arky beating the #1 team in the BCS pulls them up over Okie State and Stanford.

So not only would we be knocked out of the NC, we'd also be knocked out of the BCS bowls. We'd be back in the Cotton Bowl or something.

With all the hype about the BAMA game .. IMO, the Arky Game is even more important than the BAMA game. I have a problem with all the homers around here thinking Arky sucks .. they don't. They put up more points on Bama than we did. Their pass weapons don't even compare to Bama's ..much better. They had no run game at the time [D Johnson is starting to finding his feet this season], and they played without their number one defensive weapon, Bequette.

I still think LSU beats them, but LSU better not sit back on it's heels thinking that since Bama beat them down, we should as well.

Chauk it up to anxiety, or game day rituals [expect the worst, hope for the best] ... or the fact that Arky has beat LSU 3/4 times ... Arky just makes me jumpy.

The more I think about it, i'd love to see LSU vs. Stanford. It would be great to lay 3 INT's on the Heisman winner.

Given Arky's performance against Vandy and Ol Piss ... I'm not ruling out a possible win by MooU over Arky. They have a stout defense, and since Arky has no run defense, Ballard may spring to life. Who knows.

I agree. I am not yet assuming Arky will be 10-1 when they roll into Tiger Stadium.

Yepper .. I was pulling hard for Vandy!! Dang 'em. If they wouldn't have fumbled the dang ball on the goal line, Arky would be a non factor, they'd have nothing to play for other than the glory of the game. But if they come in 9-2, then even if they beat LSU, we go to the SEC CG ...and possibly the NCG.
