I edited your post a bit for clarity. Yes I believe that farting should be banned in public bars. People who pollute the air around them should stay at home or go outside . . . way outside. if farters want to congregate with other willing fart-smellers, they can join a private fart club.
in new york they recently banned smoking in outdoor parks. seems a bit crazy. however, i do agree entirely with kylek about littering. i hate litterers, and butts are terrible. should be 100$ automatic fine. this is one of the worst things about smoking. but of course i am for the rights of business to allow or not allow whatever, even as i personally hate cigarettes and generally think smokers are stupid trashy people.
Naw its easy. You put up a sign that says no smoking allowed. If someone tries to smoke you point to the sign. If he continues to smoke you point to your 250 pound face puncher who enforces what the sign says. You should always be the government stealing liberty.
See this is a part of my problem with not banning it ...you cannot smoke ANYWHERE else but bars and casinos...why are these different?
