on a completely meaningless play in a meaningless game that had long since been decided. But I'm happy as hell he scored. He was one of my favorite Tigers for his entire career here, and I hope he becomes one hell of a pro player.
I saw it...quick hitter with about 6 seconds left. I was glad to see him score...but also glad it happened in a meaningless game and didn't decide the outcome! On another note...who else thinks it sucks that the Saints first game coincides with  's first game?o: Oh well, I'll just have to watch SC after the  game to see how the Saints did!:thumb:
Doesnt suck. Most rational humans are Dolphins fans.:thumb: Trent Green + Ted Ginn = Super Bowl God I'm going to throw up...
who else thinks the saints and LSU doesn't coincide. the NFL season starts the weekend after, my man.
We're both half right...the Saints LAST preseason game is the same night as the LSU/MSU game. Don't know why I thought the Saints played Indy that night...:nope: But the Saints and LSU DO coincide...just not the first regular season game.
Which means the obvious choice is LSU vs. Mississippi State. On a side note, my wife started teaching this year, and her first open house is ALSO this night :cuss:
I had a near-panic attack yesterday, when my brain finally absorbed that the wife had been telling me about dinner plans that week. I was positive she said it was on Thursday night, and I was coming up with every excuse I could think of to get out of it. I couldn't get her on her cell phone either. I finally talked to her, and the dinner is on FRIDAY. Thank heavens.
wish her luck and tell her you will be thinking of her. crisis averted!! now you can save the excuses for some other time.
