    Fans over there seem pretty upset with the losses to us and Tenn. Very upset with the Defensive coaches. They are Richt's people. Will he get rid of them, or alienate the fan base, if not the administration?

    Too early I think but Richt's win record keeps him employed, so does his salary. I think his staff should be pretty concerned. Truth is, they should be taking interviews. Somebody is leaving Athens for sure.

    So far, I do approve of their 09 season! :thumb:

    They still gotta play;

    Auburn
    Florida in the swamp
    Ga Tech on the road, sort of...

    They will drop one, maybe two before its over.

    Say what :huh:

    Georgia coach Mark Richt emerged from a staff meeting Sunday without any immediate shakeup to the lineup in the aftermath of Saturday's 45-19 loss at Tennessee.

    "You can get a knee-jerk reaction and make decisions that you probably shouldn't make," Richt said. "We're not going to sit here and make a bunch of wholesale changes right this second. If there are, we'll know for sure by Tuesday."

    Sort of a confusing statement by Rict. Is he saying he might make wholesale changes by Tueday ?

    I think it was Tommy Tuberville who said "10 years is about as long as Head Coaches and the Fan bases can stand each other". Richt is on year 9.

    He may be right?
