Heisman advertisting campaign. He clearly has had the best year of any player. We need to get the AD director's office on this now!

When John Heisman spoke many years ago he thought about Glen Dorsey.

I'm pretty sure they're already working the voters, just behind closed doors.

I agree that it is now wide open.

Dorsey deserves to at least make the final cut.

No doubt about it big boy.

The nation DESERVES the chance to see Putt all decked out in a fly suit in NYC on the big day.

And I guarantee you he won't Brady Quinn past the top 4 picks.

he will be a finalist, imo...

if he has a strong finish and say gets one real big signature hit on say a McFadden, he could potentially win, too...

b/c the thing that hurts him right now is he doesn't have that 1 signature play the talking heads could show to the people at home. he'd need like a fumble recovery for a TD or something.

what about the play where he literally carried the offensive lineman with him into the backfield and made the tackle on the running back (Auburn game).

He is benefitting from LSU having more than enough national exposure. We have been on TV as much as anyone (10 out of 13 games).

What about the fact that he plays hurt when other lineman would sit it out?
What about the fact that he leads a defense that is #1 in the nation?
What about the fact that he has presence of mind to tell the head coach to put the celebration of winning the West on hold?
What about the fact that he bleeds purple and gold?
What about the fact that he's my phucking hero?

On that fateful December day, I want to hear his name spoken as the recipient of the highest award in college football. He simply deserves it.

Here's the signature play we need:

Dick drops back, sack and forced fumble by Dorsey.

McFadden recovers and scrambles. Then throws a dump-off, which Dorsey intercepts and returns for a TD, with Monk on his back for the last 15 yards. Heisman.

I thought MTSU, La Tech and Tulane were not. Which one am I missing? And how did you get to 14 games?

Tulane was ESPN 2, 13 is the SECCG, 14 is the bowl.
