I think C9 is correct. If you decide to leave, don't come back. That doesn't encourage a decision for Bama. It just states the consequences of that wrong decision.
You concerned because we lost a guy who from day 1 was never going to go to LSU? We only lost 1 LA recruit we wanted that is a huge improvement over the Miles era. Our class is rated in the top 5 I am not concerned at all.
We are better today at LSU then we were Feb 7, 2018. We finished #6 in the nation last year one hell of an improvement. Also we were better yesterday than we were on NSD 2018 as we finished in the top 5 recruiting classes, yet another improvement. Today we are better than we were this same day in 2016, 2017 and 2018. WE ARE GETTING BETTER
Carries weight for a kid who made the move looking for a reason not to feel bad about his decision. I honestly don't give much towards a kid who goes where he wants. It's his life and fans are gonna be bitter or rejoice regardless. They can't make anybody happy but themselves. It's the kids that leave a university hanging at the altar with a commitment for another school that really sucks. That is when it goes away from being a kids choice to becoming a business decision. Playing second fiddle to the gumps has become more than routine in almost every aspect of the game. Recruiting is about the only place we can make a stand, but that hardly compares when you are forced to settle for less. It really belongs to the coaches and staff to develop what we have and when your faith in that happening is questionable, fans with nothing better to say than beat it, kid, we don't need you anyway gets louder. Justified by a culture of not good enough? Maybe if you were in those shoes, you might get it. But you don't, T because you too want to justify the constant glory at the recruiting wars and not always by what it brings to your school, but to the detriment of the school that is your rival. You act like your not gloating, but really you are. Enjoy your wheaties, gump.
I think its spot on. I think that is why that entire family looked like there were a thousand places they would rather be. It's why the kid never looked up. It's why he said "this isn't political " wtf? No fuck that fat pos. If they just happened to be my neighbors and that shit happened I'd probably never speak to any of them again, unless it was to say fuck off.
I was holding onto hope while watching the announcement, but the moment he said "this isn't political" I knew he was gone. And it was almost like he was apologizing for his decision.
Exactly, it may have been there but I did not see the gump hat, I knew then he was gone. You are right, the emotion wasn't there, mom was squirming and NONE of them were smiling. Sorry, its probably wrong but I don't wish this kid well. He and his family can all fuck off.
This is the truth. But at the same time, Clemson doesn’t pull in year after year too-5 recruiting classes and they compete. So it’s doable with the classes we are pulling in, but obviously easier if you are 4-star saturated.
That's what I told Shane from the beginning of that funeral procession. He was making excuses and indirectly apologizing for his bullshit. I knew he was a gump like surtain and all the rest. It's amazing so many fall for it as it's become routine. Widdoutfuhthado I decided to take my talents... That brainless fathead couldn't even get a visor around his noggin. Worse, he didn't know how to operate it. Though he was never coming here. Ssdd. Just like Saban scripted it.
