I work for a laboratory instrument manufacturer and install, repair, and train users how to use Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometers (ICP-OES). Actually spend a lot of time on college campuses... LSU's Department of Plant, Environmental and Soil Sciences has two of our instruments.
