Well Bamabuzzard has linked our thread to tidefans. Pretty funny already. Here are a couple of quotes: "Check the history of that forum. Count how many threads say Saban won't interview with Alabama. Saban won't come to Alabama. Luther Davis won't visit Alabama. Luther Davis won't commit to Alabama...." "Well crap, is this considered payback?" http://www.tidefans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54655
I wouldn't count on it. He has the intangibles, but is pretty raw. He will need to learn a good bit of technique, so unless he is an extremely quick learner I'd expect he'll redshirt.
Just trying to get the latest information. Each site usually has a handful of posters that really do have "credible sources".
I dont expect him to play, but he has learned from great coaches. His high school coaches are really well respected. One of them coached Muschamp in high school. I would say he has more technique than most high school d linemen.
Here's the official link. Time to party in the streets. http://lsu.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=637719 "Coach Miles said they had need at my position and that I had an opportunity to play as a true freshman." This kid is a quick learner. He will be making plays in 2007.
For those who were sad we lost Peters, think about this: If Peters had signed, we would have had to offer a greyshirt to Corley, which he probably would have turned down just the same. So we could not have gotten both.
Gotta think JM and TT are seeing these commitments, on the defensive side of the ball, we're getting and realize "hey, maybe they got something special goin on over there"
