i can honestly say being an lsu fan and a WV fan that this game should not be a blowout of any kind and that WV has a ton of speed and it is indeed more than that of white and slaton however not nearly as good . i have watched both teams play every single game this year and i give LSU an edge because LSU's defence matches up well because of all the speed and our offence is way more talented than their D, and btw without WV's top corner in the game and seeing as MARYLAND!!! abused that backup there isn't much chance of stoping LSU's truckload of 5 stars recievers so i believe that this game is in the hands of both teams QB's but epspecially jordan jefferson

Wed morning and the WV fans think they will come into TS and beat a undefeated Tiger. Of course they do! That is what makes all of us fans. LSU went to Bama last year with a average team and I thought we could win. Bama best D in the last 15 years (come on Herb) we did everything but beat the boys.

Bring it mountain people and let the fun begin!

Gotta give it to the WVU Eers (thats such a cute lil pet name), they are a rowdy bunch and have been the largest visitor posters this season. I do think it's kinda cute they actually believe they can come into Tiger Stadium on a Sat nite and steal a victory. Welcome to Death Valley boys and girls. Enjoy the thrashing.

    Good post PGizle.

I haven't been following WVU other than being aware of their reputation as a good team in the last decade.

Like most of us, I'm glad to see quality opponents on the OOC schedule...despite playing in a division much tougher than many other BCS conferences because I like to see LSU play the best. It brings out the best in us as a team AND as fans.

The same has got to be true for West Virginia. The few rantards from WVU that are posting here are not representative of their fan base from what I see on other boards.

It looks like this will be a game of teams that are pretty similar and match up with each other pretty well. I can't wait to go to the TeamKATT tailgate next Saturday. I'll bring something good and Creole to the tailgate for everyone to eat so the WVU fans that drop by can get a little taste of our culture.

And I'll try and remember to bring the cheerios for the few little boys from West Virginia who forgot their Timmy Tebow lunch boxes at home. :hihi:.

And if it wasn't for PP "catching the ball out of bounds" we would of won that game.

BTW...what officials are we using for this game?
