Both are sub par, but Lee still looked better than JJ by far. At least there is the threat of a passing game. I say give hi a few starts and see if he improves. Looks like JJ has hit a wall and is making no progress.

This. Neither is great, and good is questionable. But one appears to be a leader of men. #12.

leader is a giant stretch. One looked at tad luckier than the other today. In reality neither are good at all under this coaching staff. JJ has had moments where he threw effectively last year for a short time. No different today with Lee. Not taking anything away from Lee at all. He got it done, but I think it was more luck than anything. UT's defense/corners arent much.

Remember with out JJ's run from scrimage, we are 7 short.

That run was more catching UT off guard than JJ. BUT Lee couldnt have run it. Or let me say I doubt it.

Basiclly it took both of them to win this. And they both nearly lost it for LSU.

    Jordan Jefferson is done.

His bungled snap at the kinda end was basically the fork in the turkey.

Just hope we can now move on and get behind Lee. Though he was a bit rusty, and made some mistakes (DOH!!!) the offense seemed to have much more "energy" when he was there.

Lee looked great for being his first real action, he has a quick release and stays in the pocket and can hit those quick swing routes that Jefferson cant do to save his life. We have to many great athletes to need a running QB, just get them the ball and Lee can do that and JJ obviously cant.

Done? He's your starter next week. Did you forget who the head coach is?

Jarett lee looked much better than jj. He is the starter. He brought this team back from defeat the way jj could not have. Lee screwed up with the int in the endzone but made up for it on 4th and14 with 1:40 left. Jj had great run and did some good things. Jj can't handle pressure and that showed at the end. You can play them both but when it's pressure time lee is our man. Ridley is the heart and soul of this offense. Lee has had redemption. He went from goat to hero to goat to hero again. We can only hope lee gets real work with the 1st string and can be a hero next week. Tiger nation there is a lot to be pissed about but there is a lot to be hopeful about. We had the most offensive yards this season and we have seen one of the greatest redemptions in tiger history. Today is your day jarett lee. You are a trooper. Go out and hold your head high. Your the hero today in my book. No matter what with clock management or play calling or penalities you did it on 4th and 14 Good job

No. His stats as a QB in high school were mediocre at best. He is where he needs to be. Lee should be the starting quarterback.

    122 - 16

I wonder if the 16 have changed their mind after watching today's game.
