Okay, I know Dandy and his wife (who is ill) personally. The fact that he bleeds purple and gold doesn't make him "spineless". If so, I guess that I'm spineless too and I'll proudly stand shoulder to shoulder with Don in that line. Trust me if anyone really knows Don, one thing he isn't is spineless. If anyone doesn't like Don's site because of how he presents the school we all know and love, the remedy is simple, don't go to his site. Its like newspapers I don't care far, I don't buy 'em and read 'em. No need to take a pot shot at Don in a thread about whether Brady should stay or go.
Apparently you do not read his site very much. He calls them as he sees them. He has been very negative on Brady and the way the BB team has played. When the football team plays poorly, he is quick to call them on it as well.
The decision should not be based on a single year, but what he has done over the last 10 years. Except for one Final Four, not much.
Brady must go but Skip should not make the hire, that should be left for whoever becomes the next AD. I think that will bring more stability for the program cause if Skip hires the new coach and the team struggles next season. The new AD is gonna want to fire that coach since it wasn't him that made the hire in the first place and it won't be good for the program to have 3 HC's in 3 years.
