The guy commenting is probably a flamer and comments on the guys butts. The link includes height, weight, arm length, and hand size. Link

Monday Practice Comments and Notes, LSU Players:

Doucet - Was returning punts but struggles getting off the line while being jammed, but looked very fluid in open space.

Jackson - Best CB there and had the best day. Analyst was worried if his physical style would draw penalties, but he broke up passes from every receiver.

    - Missed the others but will update it later.

    Others of note
    :
    - Lavelle Hawkins seemed to wow most of the scouts and analysts watching the north squad.
    - Among the hundreds of NFL guys, I saw Coach O in the stands.
    - Owen Schmitt still has the coolest hair cut and will kill people.

That was good for a few giggles. I don't know about gay but his comments were little more than eyeball observations. Apparently the Senior Bowl will be filled with guys who look "average", "normal", and "unimpressive".

NFL Network covered today's practice earlier today and they will show tomorrow's highlights at 9:30AM ya'll's time.

Have my doubts as to how much some of these guys perform in these things. Not surprising taking into consideration what they've endured during the season. I always watched them because A: Its football... and 2: because I wanna see who made it. Mostly its just idle mind dope...:hihi:

    Don't worry about the game...

But these practices will have as much competition as any game this year as contracts will swing wildly one way or the other this week.

the practice has far more impact on someone's "Stock" than the actual game.

But as far as Hester goes, I knew this would happen... He isn't a "combine player".

His stock will fall, and he will slip in the draft, but for that team that drafts him, they getting a winner, despite what the 40-yard dash may say.

Jacob Hester has the one element a lot of these guys who from a talent standpoint can't come close to, "heart"! The combines may or may not help him but NFL coaches who have seen this young man play know this. Quite frankly, I'd love to see the Jaguars pick him up. (BTW, they may just go after him lot of rumors floating around and Jacob's name keeps coming up.) With Del Rio's connection to LSU (His daughter attends) and with Fred Taylor getting long in the tooth, he's a good fit! Hell, I'd buy season tickets just to watch him play!

As much as we admire Hester and we know how tough of a player he is. Sorry guys but the NFL is different, not saying he wont surprise some teams by his ability to be a great NFL player, but the combine is almost like the bible in the NFL, you have to show great at the combine. Look at guys like Clarett and even Russell when he came to the first work out out of shape, then got his self together. Another example is Addai, he was a limited back and wasnt the feature guy here at LSU. However, he ran a 4.32 in the combine and had great shuttle and lateral drill numbers, you see how that helped his stock. Hester will probably go late 2nd or early 3rd round if he shows decently in the combine. If he doesnt he goes mid 4th, either way he will have to prove himself.

You believe right. I did figure out that they are showing the North team practices in the AM and the South team in the PM.

    I believe it switches daily...just a reminder. ;)

They have only talked about Chevis today and obviously think that his speed will hurt him but is a heck of a "football player." They think he will fall to a cover-2 team.

I am interested to hear what the scouts think of Hester.
