Yes! It is an algorithm; we don't have to like it, and it is full of holes, but each division has to offer up its champion! That is how the entire nation can get behind a team. And that, boys & girls, ladies & gents, spells market share!
Is that a trick question? Reminds me of the girl in the mall who was working one of those booths where they make you try some product and try to sell. As I walked by she said, "Can I ask you a question?" I said, "You just did."
I'm no magician. But I dated one once. We were driving down the road and she put her hand on my leg. I turned into a motel.
It's more of a what if situation. But thanks for telling us how the current system works that clears up alot.
Yes, of course the best two teams in the SEC should play in the SEC championship game, and since we "know" the two best teams are LSU and Alabama, it should be LSU and Alabama and if LSU beats Alabama again in the SECCG then they should play again in the BCSNCG because as we "know", LSU and Alabama are the two best teams in the country. NOTE- I'm being very sarcastic here to make a point. Very sarcastic.
LOL! Bama and LSU should travel to each and every conference and play the top 2 teams. I'm betting they'd both be undefeated when all is said and done. Some attention would have to paid against MSU and USC but I'd bet the odds (and money) would be on us. Yes, a silly idea but my conclusions are probably not off the mark.
