I hate that the SECCG is a month away but the SECCG is already set. I always say that I pull for LSU first and then the SEC, but this feels like a lose-lose for the SEC this year. Now Alabama and Florida have to stay motivated to play in the SECCG for the right to play in the BCSCG. The college season isn't over yet, so there may still be some shakeups. We'll see.
At least it's looking more and more like an SEC team will be in the championship game for the third straight year. Personally, I hope it's Florida...that way I get to watch BAMA get beat.
I hate both teams equally...and would love to see both lose miserably in a NCG (<3 LSU, but not aligned with the rest of the SEC)
Bama is going to make a good springboard for Florida. They should be in the top three by then anyway, and there's nothing like beating the number one team to ice it down. What team is Florida going to get to beat in Miami? Hmmm.....is Florida playing in Miami anywhere near equivalent to LSU playing in New Orleans? Home game anyone?
Bama is overrated. They are not impressive. They are nothing more than a stepping stone for Florida to win SEC and NC. Florida's loss to Ole Miss was the best thing that could have happened to them, and at the right time. It gave them a since of urgency. They will beat Bama.
