I think the East is going to be considered stronger when this season is all said and done. I expect Vandy and UK to have pretty good seasons, Ark. and MSU to have very bad ones. That shifts the balance of power to the west IMO.

I'm not sure how strong South Carolina really is, they lost to Vandy this year and beat Wofford 23-13 and UAB 26-13. They finished last year with a 6-6 record. I'm not sure if I'd agree that they are much stronger than they used to be.
