Ok time for a rant. I HATE ANNOUNCERS FOR LSU ON THE RADIO !!!!!!!

I had the radio on at work...trying to listen to the game... Keep getting distracted by work.... Trying to catch up on the game by listening to the radio again... Had to turn off the radio and return to work instead of THROWING THE FRIGGIN RADIO AGAINST THE WALL OUT OF FRUSTRATION !!!!!!!

The announcers never say the score, the inning, who is winning, etc. because all they can do with their pea brains is focus on the count. When there's a break in the action or the change of innings., they assume everyone listening to the radio has been paying rapt attention to the whole game. It took me 45 minutes to figure out who was winning and by what score. They may say the score, but not who's ahead. For fifteen of the forty-five minutes, I knew one team scored five runs, but they never said WHICH TEAM WAS AHEAD !!!!!!!!

They may announce the score every once in a while, but if you miss it because you're momentarily distracted, you have to wait till the end of the inning and even then sometimes the total game situation is not announced.

I just got home and had to log onto NOLA.com to find out that LSU was winning 6-3 at the seventh inning stretch.

Hey Hawthorne, not everyone is watching on TV with the sound turned down and the radio turned up so they can see the scoreand inning on the graphics at the corner of the screen.

Some of us need the radio.... do your job !!!!! announce the score, the inning and who's winning often !!!!!!!!:cuss::cuss::cuss:

It's just that the LSU games are a lot better without Thorazine :hihi:.

 

I was on the road traveling and listening to Sirius/XM. Their announcers were very good. Didn't give much personal info that you get from Tiger announcers but continually update the score and how it got there.

I'm now at my destination and no audio/video. :shock: Need to go back to my car.
